Very helpful. Bolts securing the license plates were rusted in place and I couldn't remove them to replace the old license plates with the new ones. Made an appo Bolts securing the license plates were rusted in place and I couldn't remove them to replace the old license plates with the new ones. Made an appointment, but the service advisor was able to remove the rusted bolts with a large screw driver contraption and replaced the license plates using new stainless steel bolts. I wasn't charged for the service. This is the reason I have been bringing my car to Walser for the last 13 years (since I moved here from Oregon). More
