I took my Prius in for a routine maintenance and a brake job. I had a 1:40 p.m. appointment and after learning that the work wouldn't be done until around 4:30, they provided me with an Uber for a ride home job. At 5:30 p.m. I hadn't heard from the service people and so I called because I knew the service department closes at 6. Just finishing up, I was told. My compassion rushed me to the shop just in time to get the car. Work appears to be fine. Cost was at the very high end of the estimate. And I managed to get the car before they closed for the day, which would have been a real problem for me. Competent work, despite the delay. A woman checked me in and said a guy named David would be my service representative. All I heard from him was that the car was ready for pickup. A different guy handled the billing when I got to the shop and didn't really have anything to say about the particulars of the job. But he was pleasant. More

I have struggled for MONTHS to understand the buttons/icons on my dashboard. Even reading the manual did not help, nor could I even turn on the cruise control!
