This was my first time using Walser Toyota Service. The facilities are nice, the people friendly, and the work done addressed my concerns. Year after year, Walser Toyota has provided exceptional service. This visit was no exception. Their new building is up and running. It is incredible! Very spacious and welcoming. Everything including the service department and the "new car lot" is now inside. I often walk to the nearby Denny's to have a meal while my car is being serviced. With the exception of a short distance between buildings, that entire walk is now sheltered from the weather. As usual, I scheduled the appointment online. When I arrived, a staff member directed me where to park, then within two minutes I was greeted by staff from the service desk. Tyler was a pleasure to talk with.
