Brought car in for service on 10/3/24. Great customer service and SUV completed in the time provided. Diagnostic price of $190 is quite expensive for these days, for something I said was a rattling noise and Mike, the rep, said it was probab provided. I called ahead and made sure a part I needed was ordered and in stock. It’s hard to make time to leave a vehicle at the dealer all day. The wrong part was ordered and they could not complete the job (instal and in stock. It’s hard to make time to leave a vehicle at the dealer all day.
