I was a bit disappointed in my latest service visit. I did not get the video inspection until I was told the car was ready for pickup. We had pre-paid to swap out 4 tires + rims on a new vehicle. Service called to schedule the work. Upon arrival they said they only had 3 of the 4 tires so they had to get one from a sister shop. Swap of tires should have taken 2 to 2.5 hours. Ended up taking 6 hours and other appointments had to be re-scheduled. More
Made a big deal about them not moving my driver's seat because I have a bad back and there's no seat memory, they promised me they wouldn't move the seat, and then did anyway. Well that sounds like THEIR problem, NOT MINE! They wouldn't even adjust the ticket for this HUGE mistake that I made a big deal about while checking in (such a massive error that the whole job should be zero'd out anyway), and the most they were willing to compensate me with is a free oil change?! So they keep my $350 just for changing some transmission fluid and replacing one filter, while indirectly costing me hundreds more. Horrible business practice. Better Business Bureau complaint will be next. I should file a lawsuit as well. More

I complained to the service advisor that there shouldn’t be labor charges because there was no additional labor required. The parts were already taken out for inspection. They are shown in the video that was sent to me. They would have to be put back in whether they were new or not - thus no additional labor required. I’m sure you have a large markup on the parts themselves. You are still making of money just on the parts. There is no need to soak your customer for everything you can. The labor portion is already included in the price of the oil change. It is an unnecessary charge. More
