What has happened to the service at this dealership? ?!! Have had 3 bad experiences now and am thinking we will not return. We were sold a tire rotation by the front desk and then in the video we got fro ?!! Have had 3 bad experiences now and am thinking we will not return. We were sold a tire rotation by the front desk and then in the video we got from the mechanic, he said the tire rotation was unnecessary because they were properly placed on the vehicle at the moment but then we were charged for the tire rotation at the end! They also wanted to charge us $1700 for tainted gas to empty the gas tank and clean it out and refill it. Instead we corrected the problem by putting tank cleanser in and higher octane gas three or four times. The right hand is not talking to the left hand anymore at this place and the management is nowhere to be seen. More

You charged me to much plus tried to sell me a set of tires when they weren’t needed.. I took my wife’s Camry to another repair shop and paid $60.00 less for the same oil change. 5 quarts of syntheti tires when they weren’t needed..
