Basically, our experience this visit was excellent, EXCEPT, although we had had our Rav4 serviced for 16 years only at this dealership, and most recently 5 months ago, all of sudden we are told that th EXCEPT, although we had had our Rav4 serviced for 16 years only at this dealership, and most recently 5 months ago, all of sudden we are told that they won't even put it on the lift to rotate tires because the rust is so bad. Stood around for a solid 15 minutes waiting to pick up my car. No one acknowledged me, despite most employees sitting around doing nothing. I said “excuse me” to Marc, who just looked at me, and when I asked car. No one acknowledged me, despite most employees sitting around doing nothing. I bought my last two cars at Walser Toyota, and haven’t brought them ANYWHERE else for service. That all changed yesterday. Never again will I visit this dealer for anything whatsoever. More

Has a tire rotation. All four wheels had loose lug nuts. Drive home in traffic on the freeway when I felt the vibration. Scared shi@tless. The dealership took the time to listen to my concerns. They advised and addressed the concern that I had concerning my 2020 tundra.
