Should have provide an alert to all of the construction and that there was only one way to get there. Took 2hrs when I was told one to one and a quarter hrs. Car was sitting there waiting for parts to in and that there was only one way to get there. Took 2hrs when I was told one to one and a quarter hrs. Car was sitting there waiting for parts to input whatever. Next day tire light was on. They obviously did check tire pressure. It was a routine oil change and tire rotation. Oh but you’ll be glad to hear they tried to sell be a bunch of crap. Dealership first, right!! More
I made a last minute appointment for a slow tire leak so I was happy to get in. It seemed like the appointment took longer than necessary, but again I was able to get in at the last minute. Alo the repair I was happy to get in. It seemed like the appointment took longer than necessary, but again I was able to get in at the last minute. Alo the repair struck me as inordinately expensive. I have no actual complaint. Overall I'm happy with the service and dealership. More
I had my car serviced - new spark plugs, tire sensors, trans fluid and brake fluid. I brought it home and the the next morning when i pulled out of my garage I noticed a puddle of fluid that had dripped o trans fluid and brake fluid. I brought it home and the the next morning when i pulled out of my garage I noticed a puddle of fluid that had dripped out of the underside of my car. I felt it and it was oily. I figured it was trans fluid and was extremely concerned. This was on a Sunday and Toyota was closed and would also be closed on Monday. I ended up taking the car to Bobby and Steves. The APU drain plug was loose and the fluid dripping out. I have not been able to drive my car this labor day weekend until I bring it back and get more fluid and the drain tightened properly. More
I had a couple of failures happen. First, apparently the sticker I received from my previous visit had my oil change too early. Secondly, after finally arriving after dealing with all First, apparently the sticker I received from my previous visit had my oil change too early. Secondly, after finally arriving after dealing with all the traffic, I was waiting with my car on for 5 minutes before someone came over. There were several people talking with each other and ignoring me. There was no other cars waiting. When last name Hernandez helped me they were nice and engaging. They are the reason for me not rating 1 star. Because of the sticker issue it took a lot of work to set me up for an oil change and tire rotation. I had signed up for an appointment, but apparently the system failed to keep my selection. Even though I wasn't due for an oil change yet, I elected to do one anyway. I had traveled 30 plus minutes to go to my appointment. And would have wasted my time even though the sticker provided by Walser Toyota told me to come in on 08/30/24. Lastly, once my car was done I got back in my car and the old sticker was there! Now I don't know the next time I should come in. Very disappointed. The new building was nice while waiting for my service to be done. Though funny with all the new the popcorn machine was very beat up. And I never got my video inspection. More
