We could not get a response from representative for a ride back to dealership. We received voicemail at 9:52 saying car is ready and to call or text for a ride back. Called at 10:39, 10:50 and sent a tex ride back to dealership. We received voicemail at 9:52 saying car is ready and to call or text for a ride back. Called at 10:39, 10:50 and sent a text. We eventually got our own ride to dealership. Finally got a call back after 12:00 to coordinate a ride after we already picked up the car. Everyone else we engaged with was great. More
The service took a long time, but someone did come to my car to find out why I wasn't able to set up my gps, etc, through bluetooth. I found out my cell phone is too old to pair to the Toyota app. Would h car to find out why I wasn't able to set up my gps, etc, through bluetooth.
