Tire trouble. My wife hit a curb and damaged tire while on lunch break at work. She called dealership which was just across highway from her job. They told her to b My wife hit a curb and damaged tire while on lunch break at work. She called dealership which was just across highway from her job. They told her to bring it by and they would install spare for her to get home. She took it by at 4:30 and got a price on new tire and had it installed. Oil change was almost due and a lifetime plan for new civics so they went ahead and took care of that and tire rotation also. I commend them for doing this on short notice and close to time for them to get off work. I appreciate their courtesy. More

Above and Beyond On Dec. 27, 2016 my car was giving me trouble. We just barely made it into our driveway that night and knew that there was no way it would make it bac On Dec. 27, 2016 my car was giving me trouble. We just barely made it into our driveway that night and knew that there was no way it would make it back to Macon from Cochran. Then came the question as to how to get it up there. I called the dealership and spoke with Dexter. He advised me to call my insurance carrier for a roll-back to come and pick it up, but when that became too much of a hassle they sent a roll-back to pick it up themselves. When we arrived on the 28th with our disabled vehicle everyone did their best to make sure that our problems were taken care of. I was given a loaner to drive, but I didn't even make it back home before being called to say that my car was fixed. I turned around and returned to the dealership to retrieve my car. From Laura, our salesperson, to Dexter in the service area, we were very pleased with how our situation was handled. Everyone we came in contact with that day was extremely nice and professional. More
