I had a wonderful experience working with Jennie Huang! She was incredibly friendly, patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. She genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and happy with my decision. Jennie made the whole car-buying experience smooth, easy, and stress-free. Her communication was excellent, and she was always attentive and responsive whenever I needed help. I truly appreciate all of her time and effort. Amazing Service from Shannon Price! Shannon at Ed Voyles Honda is absolutely amazing! Every visit, she makes me feel like family. She treats my car as if it were her own and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. Her professionalism and customer care are top-notch — the best I’ve experienced in a long time. If I were her boss, I’d give her both a raise and a promotion! She’s a true asset to Ed Voyles Honda. Highly recommend asking for Shannon if you want the best service experience!

So many sites to put these. - jer2

So many sites to put these. DealerRater seems to be paying google a lot to get shown early, so I'll do it here. I owned my own shop long ago but that taught me that while dealerships usually focus on sales, it's the shops that bring people back for their next car, and most dealerships seem they couldn't care less about customers' experience with repair and maintenance.. Curry and the former owners of this place both convnced me I never needed to visit again. The frst shop actually lied to my face; the second made it perfectly clear the did not want my business. Imagine my shock coming in to this place now under Group 1 to find at least a service rep who seemed to care about the customer and (shock) was actually competent and honest. I sure hope that Andrew is representative of the rest of the place. If so, they've got my service business and a good shot at selling us the next Honda. Bravo, sir. It's a joy to run into somebody else who treats folks as well as we did at my own business. Thank you. Oh - please do fix your phone system! I went into nevernever land 3 times trying to call back to service.

Fantastic experience from sales (J. Puckett ), sales management (Andie) and the finance lead (Joy). They made the process easy and as efficient as possible. I especially appreciate how Puckett took the time to walk me through vehicle options and let me compare and drive models to make the right decision. I love my new Honda and will definitely recommend this dealership in the future.

A few months ago, I decided I needed to get a new vehicle. I had been driving a Honda CRV for 10 years and I basically wanted another one. Carlton Harris, the salesman, showed me exactly what I needed. We went over a few basic questions and we decided I didn't really want the top-of-the-line CRV, but the middle line. It had everything I was looking for. Carlton was so great to work with! He got right to work and made the entire process easy & as quick as possible. Also, a shout out to Malik Bush was showing me all my new features!

I got my 2019 from here in 2024 and let me tell you my car has been nothing but absolute issues since I got it. Not even after the first 2 days my car breaks down and it has to be towed to the dealership and then if that wasn’t to top it all off I was screwed over in my monthly payments even with $1,000 down and with a trade in they gave me $6,000 they still screwed me over and tripled the cost of my car I wish I would’ve never have gotten it and I will absolutely never be back here they’ve lost all my business

Was coming home last night on I75 about 20 miles from - Rleemiller8

Was coming home last night on I75 about 20 miles from Tifton. Hit an object in the road. Pulled over to see nothing leaking BUT my engine guard was bent and twisted. I managed to get my 2025 CRV Hybrid to the Tifton exit. My wife and I got a room for the night hoping the Honda dealership in Tifton could get us back on the road to finish our 4 hour trip home. I arrived at about the time they open and spoke to the service manager. Not only was he helpful and respectful he had me in the shop and back on the road within 15 mins. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! While I do not live in the Tifton area my experience with the service manager and shop this morning I can assure you I would be buying my next Honda at Prince Honda of Tifton. THANKS GUYS from Talladega Alabama !! Raymond Miller

I visited Carvilla on March 6, 2026 to purchase a 2022 - Gabriel Liranzo

I visited Carvilla on March 6, 2026 to purchase a 2022 Rivian R1T Adventure Package (Stock #NN007505). The vehicle was advertised online at $46,700. However, when I received the buyer’s worksheet, the dealership added a $999 documentation fee on top of the advertised price. I asked if the fee could be removed or included in the advertised price, but the dealership declined. Under guidance from the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division, non-government fees such as dealer documentation fees are supposed to be included in the advertised vehicle price. Only government fees (tax, tag, title) should be added separately. Because of this, I filed a complaint with the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. I even emailed the sales manager, Gustavo E Belzares, giving the dealership the opportunity to resolve the issue and complete the purchase by removing or adjusting the $999 fee, but I never received a response. I was genuinely ready to buy the truck that same day. Unfortunately, the pricing practice and lack of response prevented the deal from moving forward. I hope the dealership becomes more transparent about their advertised pricing so customers know the true cost before visiting.
