Purchase of new Honda. I went back to Walsh Honda to purchase a new car because the sales and service that I've received from Walsh has always been exceptionally good. Becau I went back to Walsh Honda to purchase a new car because the sales and service that I've received from Walsh has always been exceptionally good. Because I trade every few years the offer of free oil changes appeals to me. I've had 2 Odysseys and was trying to decide if I wanted to go to a Pilot or stay with the Odyssey. One reason I chose the Odyssey was the $1000 discount offered to previous Odyssey owners. We met with our salesman, Melvin Broadnax, on two different occasions, and found Melvin to be extremely knowledgeable and polite. He handled all the transfer paperwork including contacting our insurance agent. Hopefully, when we return to Walsh for our next new car purchase, Melvin Broadnax will still be in sales and can sell us another Honda. More

Beginning Before I Got Out of My Car I was greeted with someone who swapped a floor mat for my keys, was told exactly what would happen, directed to the waiting room where I knitted while I was greeted with someone who swapped a floor mat for my keys, was told exactly what would happen, directed to the waiting room where I knitted while watching TV, and where I waited for less time than I was told it would be.
