Software update I received a letter from Honda to schedule for a Power Steering update. I was able to make an appointment convenient for me. When I arrived I was told I received a letter from Honda to schedule for a Power Steering update. I was able to make an appointment convenient for me. When I arrived I was told it would take about an hour. I told them I was headed out of town so as soon as they were finished let me know. The service writer came in about 40 minutes to tell me we were ready. Very good experience. This is my third Honda from this dealership. More
