Service is awesome! I bought my first Honda in 2004. It was an Odyssey. We still have it with over 300,000 miles on it. In 2017 I bought a Pilot and love it. Everyone was very friendly and willing to work with me on the total cost. The service took a little longer than expected—but that was because the parts had to be shipped from across the country, not because the total cost. Ultimately, I paid substantially less than I was initially quoted because they were able to do less, and therefore charge less, to solve the problem. I appreciate their honesty and integrity in only doing what was required. More
