Very dishonest and under handed. Gave a quote of $165 for diagnostic (transmission diagnosis) then when arrived to pick truck up charged $195. This should have been told would be added when quote was given not added then told. Will not be doing business there again or recommending them. Will travel out of town and probably swap brand of cars now to foreign made if this is how Chevrolet has gone. Have owned numerous general motor vehicles but won’t spend money on another. Very disappointed after trying to spend money locally at home town dealership. More

I had a great experience at Walt Massey Service Dept. They quickly fixed some parts that were missing or broken in my vehicle.
