Deceiving salesperson and sales manager uncut value of my trade and sold for $7000 over what i was given. Attempted to return the vehicle we had gotten after the trade and Brian Whitmayer falsely claimed the trade and sold for $7000 over what i was given. Attempted to return the vehicle we had gotten after the trade and Brian Whitmayer falsely claimed the 3 day money back guarantee only existed for newer vehicles with factory warranties and not for all used vehicles as advertised online and in multiple email communications between me and the salesperson. Aftermarket warranty was offered to the tune of $3,900. Finance office uses a deceitful piece of paper with monthly notes at the bottom and $0 close to the optional add ons that can be misconstrued as the cost added to the monthly payment but instead is a deductible associated with the use of that add on. No options are located on the sheet to refuse all forms of add ons and instead must be verbally stated. More
