Above and Beyond Service Had my truck break down while traveling on Hwy 98 from Hattiesburg, Ms late Saturday afternoon. Called Walt Massey service department in Lucedale and Had my truck break down while traveling on Hwy 98 from Hattiesburg, Ms late Saturday afternoon. Called Walt Massey service department in Lucedale and they told me that if I could get it to them, they would check the truck out and fix the problem. I was able to get there about an hour before closing. They quickly diagnosed that I had a bad crankshaft sensor and worked late to install a new sensor. Because of their quick and professional service, I was able to complete my trip. Awesome customer service--I can't thank them enough!! More
