Easiest buying experience EVER. Cory was the BEST salesman! He was personable and helpful in providing the information we needed in order to make our decision. He was patient and honest, and he gave us time and space to make our decision. There was no back-and-forth and hours of waiting when we got the process going. Cory took care of us, and we made the deal. It was a perfect scenario. Kim had everything ready to roll in the finance department, and buying a vehicle has never gone so smoothly. Mr. Donnie was also very accommodating during our visits to Walt Massey. Great group of people! Even after our purchase, Cory stayed in touch to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I was able to make the purchase and get the financing completed in a matter of about an hour overall. Corey Herrington was the salesperson and Kim was F&I and they treated me very fairly and respectfully and most important they did exactly what they said they would. The price, rates and payment were exactly as negotiated with no last minute theatrics or "oh i forgot about.........that will icrease the price by......" Walt Massey is a dealer with integrity and ethics and that is something rarely seen in the automotive sales industry anymore. More
