Never going back. Unsatisfied with state of my vehicle upon Starting off, went 4 times to get my airbag recall done on my Pontiac solstice and was completely unsatisfied. First 3 times was a total waste of gas Starting off, went 4 times to get my airbag recall done on my Pontiac solstice and was completely unsatisfied. First 3 times was a total waste of gas and time because they’d call and say “we have your part" then after leaving it there and waiting a hour or two or three they’d tell me “well we didn’t have the part but we did an inspection and found that your vehicle needs it” like I didn’t already know that. When the vehicle finally was serviced they pushed my clean sweatshirt, and safety glasses I needed for college into the floor board, all my vents were shut except for the one beside the steering wheel near the door, plastic piece under my dash wasn’t properly installed I had to fix and somethings not right about what the paperwork says my mileage was upon return and what it actually was. While I waited 3 hours for them to finally do the recall I walked around the dealership and walked past the stall my car was in, and saw a large box on the convertible top which made me very uncomfortable but I kept my mouth shut. These “ase certified” technicians didn’t seem very professional. I’d leave 0 stars if possible and will definitely not be going back.
