We negotiated to a price I was comfortable spending without numerous trips to the manager's office or high pressure sales tactics. As a person who tries to stay loyal to a dealership/salesperson, I was leery of dealing with another business. The dealer I had previous bought four out of my last five vehicles asked me to wait a month to purchase a vehicle without offering much assistance. This angered my wife and she felt they didn't value my business so she asked to look with other dealers. Dealers from Pascagoula to Mobile were either unknowledgeable, or extremely high pressure so working with Walt Massey was a welcomed change. You have earned the first chance for my business for my next automobile. More

Won't be visiting this dealer again Very expensive pre-owned vehicle purchased. Windshield had numerous rock chips that should have been pumped (for this expensive a vehicle purchase). Even the wash job of the vehicle was poor with a large, soapy rag streak on the driver's door (I know it's a minor issue, but to me it speaks volumes). More

Refreshing, outstanding, sincere, I had called deers hip based on an Internet ad, the young lady that answered the phone LISTENED to my wants in a new vehicle, stated she would give in I had called deers hip based on an Internet ad, the young lady that answered the phone LISTENED to my wants in a new vehicle, stated she would give info to salesperson and they had 2 of the desired vehicle I was looking for. Shortly after our conversation BrYan (saleman)was calling to introduce himself and that he would be available to assist us with our needs. When we arrived (1 HR later) Bryan was waiting, had vehicle ready for us to view and test drive. Chose one one the 2 available, test drove and purchased. Had financing arranged already, they did offer options but did not push. Very pleasant experience. Will continue to do business with Walt Massey even though it is 1 1/2 drive from where I live and there are many dealerships near me. More
