One of the best experiences I had shopping for a vehicle Well, where do I start. I was in the market of purchasing a newer used truck and I came across Walt Massey online. Amanda Hilbun, was very helpful an Well, where do I start. I was in the market of purchasing a newer used truck and I came across Walt Massey online. Amanda Hilbun, was very helpful and understanding of what I was in the market for and forward me some vehicles to look at. (BTW Amanda is a great asset to the Walt Massey's team) She put me in contact with a Mr. Dominick Michini and we discussed my needs and were able to set an appointment up on Tuesday, May 8th. Having only two hours to visit the dealership I was skeptical on getting a deal done where both sides were happy. Dominick was so professional and hats off to him and the whole Walt Massey's team and putting together a package that I was very happy with. I had to go back to work and Dominick had all the paper work and truck ready for me when I got off. (BTW it is a 55 minute drive to the dealership) I cannot say enough of Dominick and Walt Massey is blessed to have him on their team. I will definitely be back when I am in the market for another truck.. More

Second service visit since purchasing New 2017 Equinox Serviced vehicle as stated service to be done. Very professional and courteous employees. When I picked up vehicle after lunch service employee explained all services rendered.. This is our third vehicle purchased from Walt Massey. I do not have to drive 50 miles for service because Walt Massey 2 miles from home so I deal with them as they give good service and prices competitive with out of town dealers. Jeffrey McCardle was salesman I dealt with for purchase in late 2016. More

Pleasant buying experience. Purchase was started via online chat before the dealer opened. I received a response from the dealer about 10 minutes after they opened stating I woul Purchase was started via online chat before the dealer opened. I received a response from the dealer about 10 minutes after they opened stating I would be contacted by a sales consultant. Soon after, I received a call from Brian Wittmayer and set an appointment to look at the Buick Encore. Brian was very professional and courteous. After some negotiation, we agreed on a price, and picked up the car the next day. At delivery, Brian was very patient in explaining the new technology and took the time to initiate the OnStar service along with us and encouraged us to call him if we had any questions. I had an opportunity a couple of days later to visit the service department to have splash guards installed and was promptly greeted. The installation was completed quicker than I expected. Thus far, I have been well pleased with Walt Massey and would not hesitate to recommend. More
