This was the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. It's already nerve wracking buying a car but to be almost 2 hours away when you see the right car online makes it worse. It was already a stormy afternoon when I called the dealership to see if the car was still available. I was told that it was. I asked if it would be possible to close the deal if we liked the car because we were so far away and didn't really want to make a second trip. I was told everything we needed to do. My husband and I set off during a torrential downpour wondering if we were making the right decision to go all that way and in a storm. By the time we got there, the sun was shining. We met Kevin and he gave us the keys to try it out. We loved it. It was just as the pictures and description had said. Since it was already after 5 pm, we were worried that we wouldn't be able to get the car that night. Kevin told us it wasn't a problem. We were treated as if we were family. Kevin took care of everything and made the process seamless and easy for us. We were treated more like friends and family. This dealership was so worth the drive. We would go back in a heartbeat. They even informed us to stop in just to say hi if we are up that way again. This dealership and the employees are top -notch people with an old-fashioned feel that makes you feel like you matter to them. Even though we didn't buy an expensive car, we truly were treated like we bought the most expensive vehicle on the lot. Amazing people! More
