What Warranty? After confirming that our issue was covered under our warranty, driving over an hour on my day off work, I was told by staff that I’d need to pay for After confirming that our issue was covered under our warranty, driving over an hour on my day off work, I was told by staff that I’d need to pay for them to even look at the issue! I spent the next hour letting my original salesman sort through the issue. Once I was back in the service department, it took about an hour for them to confirm that the issue was indeed covered under warranty. No real apology from the service department. My salesman did his best and the custodian was, perhaps, the nicest person in the building. I believe that better communication skills are needed for the service department. More
