Waiting to be checked out. My appt. was at 9am. I was there for oil change and tire rotation. At 10:35 I was thinking they should be done. So I went to service desk to inquire i My appt. was at 9am. I was there for oil change and tire rotation. At 10:35 I was thinking they should be done. So I went to service desk to inquire if my vehicle was ready. The woman said I didn’t check you in, I don’t know. She called on the intercom for Matt to come to service desk. I stood there for 5 minutes and he never came. Finally the other guy asked if he could help me. I said yes and he said are these your keys? I said they were. I don’t know how long they had been laying there, but I knew there had been customers that came in after me had already left. So I was not very happy at all with the front desk service. It shouldn’t matter who checks you in, they all should be willing to check you out. More
