My reverse quit working on my 2016 FLRT. The reset button was not resetting it. When I tried to reverse I just heard a clicking sound. I used to live in Florsl City and taken my bike to Wayne’s citrus cycle for an oil change and they were very fair and friendly so I thought I would take it to them to help support the “mom and pop” business. Wayne told me that he didn’t like the system that Harley had for their reverse and wanted to install a new motor for $3500. I asked how much for just repairing the reverse mechanism and he said $1100. I then called War Horse Harley Davidson and talked to Dave and he gave me a price of $1700 with military discount if needed a new motor and $84!if just needed the reset switch. Dave said they probably couldn’t get to it that day because they were short handed but would get to it the next day and deliver to me when finished. I dropped the bike off at about 11:30 and by 1230 Dave called and said it was just a ground wire that was disconnected and there would be no charge. They could’ve told me I needed a whole new motor and charged me that price but they didn’t. Warhorse Harley Davidson did the right thing and I will be a customer of Warhorse Harley Davidson as long as I am riding. Thank you Dave More

Wanted to charge $404 for battery warranty & battery only cost is $150?! Also wanted to charge $1200 for CPO (certified pre-owned) eligibility for a bike that only had 7,000 miles.
