2nd time came for the same reason and without even looking at my car they said to come 3rd time and they gonna look at it when they get a part that is maybe and issue. 1st time Came in for oil change looking at my car they said to come 3rd time and they gonna look at it when they get a part that is maybe and issue. 1st time Came in for oil change and asked if they can look at my sliding doors. They said they need more time and to let them in advance about that. Which I did. 2nd time without looking ar my car they made decisions that something is MAYBE wrong and part of recall(which is not) Make no sense to me. I thought someone will get to see the car in the shop and make decisions. When I confronted them, Manager came out to see my car and I showed him what is the problem. He seemed offended that I actually knew what was the issue and he said “This is What I do for living, you do yours “ That’s what lack of answers and trying to cover up he’s mechanics looks like. I will go somewhere else and this will be fixed easily since the problem is stings being out of their possession de attached since I have opened and tried one time successfully other didnt work since I have no tools. Not gonna see me for sure again More

I bought my 2019 Expedition at lease end because 2023 Expeditions were not yet available. Not part of my original game plan but it now was a short term plan B. Wareham Ford handled the buy-out. Do no believe what your salesman says! I ordered a new Ford Maverick from the Ford website and had it delivered to Wareham Ford. Saying they didn't make any money off this deal. They don't care about their customers, they rather screw you over for a quick buck. Will no buy another vehicle from them nor will I recommend them.
