I left multiple voicemails he never called me back, and when I reach him Danny disconnects the phone. Ridiculous! I will be disputing the transaction with my bank!! More

I was in the market for a pre owned vehicle, this was my first out of state purchase and it was even easier then going to your local dealership. My sales rep German was the best! There’s plastic hanging off of it, huge paint chips, CURB RASH ON EVERY SINGLE RIM....the worst I’ve seen. A scratch about 7 inches long across the top of it that Stevie Wonder could see. He told us he didn’t notice that and then backtracked when we said we’re not buying this crap car. He said there’s normal wear and it’s a 2018 and should be expected. “IN HIS OPINION, ITS NOT THAT BAD.” HES not buying the car, we are. We get to decide what is bad and what isn’t. What we will accept and what we won’t. They kept calling to say they will fix everything that’s wrong with it for for free. I cannot believe this car is even certified. They were going to load it with the transporter and have it travel 16 hours to us in Va and then try snd say that the damage was done on the transport, and they have no liability. Be warned about their service department. They charge you triple the cost of anywhere else. It's a big scam. No loaner's. Nothing like any of the other luxury car brands. All Trust is Gone !!! I brought my 2019 F-Pace for the first yearly service to Warren Henry Jaguar on Friday July 10th 2020 thinking that my car would be in good hands. Aft I brought my 2019 F-Pace for the first yearly service to Warren Henry Jaguar on Friday July 10th 2020 thinking that my car would be in good hands. After picking up my car the next day, I decided to check the Jaguar app that was installed on my phone the day I bought the car and found out that my car was taken for a joyride when it was in possession of Warren Henry Jaguar Service Department. After contacting my service advisor, he said he would find out what happened and would get back to me. Few days later after receiving no response from him I kept pressuring them for an answer. The manager at the service department finally got back with me and told me that the service tech that worked on my car used my Jaguar F-Pace to go eat lunch, unbelievable !!! Even though he did apologize for the incident he kept repeating on 3 different occasions that they could have lied to me and said that the technician heard a noise underneath my car when he was test driving it and that is the reason why I can see those trips on my Jaguar app. Really? So I should be thankful that they are not lying and telling me the truth about what they did to my car??? I have lost all trust on Warren Henry Jaguar dealer in Miami, they have violated my trust and I will never be returning there ever again. The situation could have escalated to a lawsuit against me if the Warren Henry technician had gotten into a bad an accident or decided to do something illegal with my car. SHAME ON THEM !!!! I'm sure this is not the first or last time that they use their customers expensive cars for their own joyrides. Choose wisely when you thing about bringing your car there for service and If you do make sure you check on your app to see about your car's GPS trips when your car is in there possession. More

Terrible experience I purchased a CPO Range Rover Evoque last Saturday. I could not be more disappointed with my total experience At Land Rover North Dade. I live on the west coast of Florida and had spoken to the sales person about coming to see the car. When I arrived hey were not readily available, as well as when I was ready to purchase I was waiting on the finance department. Overall, I liked the car and thought my poor sales experience was still worth the purchase. The car is under 8,000 miles and I was told it went through a 365 point inspection. The car started to sound very loud 5 days after purchasing and I brought it to the Land Rover closest to me currently. They stated 'the valve actuator was stuck closed causing the fan to over run'. Part would need to be ordered. Just as my experience with the purchasing of the car it appears there service department is very under par as I find it odd only having the car for 5 days this occurred. I called and ask to speak to the sales manager and somebody named Neil also rude said he was not the right person and would have somebody call me. This is a terrible dealership I would never purchase from them again. More

Terrible Customer Service I have been a luxury car owner for some time. I have leased a Bentley and purchased a gently used Range Rover from the Lambo dealer. My lease was up on the Bentley and the Range Rover I purchased was five years old. I say all that to say that I have dealt with several luxury car dealerships and they go beyond the level of service. I decided to lease a new 2020 Range Rover from Warren Henry and the level of service has been disgraceful. I e-mailed the website first, some one called me the same day and said a salesperson would call me. They never did. Two days later, I was in the area and decided to show up at the dealership to lease a new car. There was a new salesperson hanging around the receptionist desk so I was helped immediately. After a long day at the dealership, it was time for me to drive off in my 2020 Range Rover and I noticed that the navigation system was not installed! I was pissed. He asked me to drive back the next day and I said absolutely not. He recommended a valet come get my car, I told him to put it on a flatbed. The car is a lease and the only person to put miles on the car is me. It was an ordeal but they installed the navigation system. Next, they told me my trade-in would be paid off in ten days. 18 days later I checked to see if my trade-in was paid off and I had a late fee because they never paid my old car off! My car payment was 12 days late. I have never been late paying my car note. I was furious. The finance guy told me they sent a payment (over the ten days). He sent me a confirmation that said the payment was PENDING. Two days later the dealership still hasn't received payment. The finance guy told me he was going to call me back and never did. Needless to say I am paying the next payment on a car I don't have anymore because I don't want to be reported to the credit bureau's. This has been the worst experience ever. More
