Good service but rather lengthy. I am from Erie county and Midtown is in Warren Pa, Warren county an hours drive for me. Had a 12:30 appointment for my first 5000 mi. oil change and I am from Erie county and Midtown is in Warren Pa, Warren county an hours drive for me. Had a 12:30 appointment for my first 5000 mi. oil change and state inspection.I left my house at 11:30 and I got there a few minutes early. First off I was told they couldn't do the inspection since I was from Erie county and Erie county requires an emissions inspection. That was rather disappointing but understandable. At 3:00 I went to the service desk and Aaron said they just finished it. Okay, 2 1/2 hours for a oil change, longer than expected but sometimes thing happen beyond anybody's control. When I left my Sync did not work so I pulled off the road and tried to re-connect wit no luck so I returned to Midtown and Aaron was not able to reconnect my Sync either. By time I got home it was 4:30. So I had 5 hrs. into an oil change wit 2 hrs. being driving. That leaves 3 hrs. for an oil change and the other things they do at 5000 miles. I will still return there for my service but in the future I will ask how much time to expect. More
