Hello Unhappy, I'm so sorry to hear about your experience at Midtown Motors. I've tried to research what happened, but unfortunately with no contact information I can't look up when you were here and if the proper procedure had been performed. In the past we have delivered a new vehicle and a recall comes out shortly thereafter in which the consumer is then notified. Pre-owned vehicles are a little bit different in that it is legal to sell a vehicle with an open recall as long as it's disclosed. We take transparency very seriously here at Midtown Motors and would like to speak to you to make sure that all of our recall disclosures were signed per our policy. If a mistake was made, we need to educate our staff to ensure it doesn't happen again. We value your business and safety and we would personally like to speak with you.
