Problems solved. My check light came on, called got an appointment and they fixed that problem.. Misleading Called for 30,000 service, told it would include oil change,oil filter, tire rotation, mulit pont check take about an hour. Arrived and it suddemly became a 3 1/2 hour service including things I was not aware of or prepared to pay for at lmost $500.00. Just a gimmick to get you into the service department and then clean you out. More

Couldn’t have been better!! Having never purchased a brand new vehicle before, let alone custom building one, I was a bit hesitant and somewhat nervous about the whole process. After speaking with Tyler Maeder and Kurtis Walter, I decided to go ahead and pull the trigger. Kurt and Tyler sat down with me and helped me build the perfect truck from bumper to bumper, along with answering any questions I had regarding the process. While we waited for the truck to be built and shipped, they made sure to update me throughout the whole process, keeping me up to speed. When the truck arrived, I was blown away! I seriously couldn't be happier with the truck and especially the service that I received from Kurt and Tyler from start to finish. I can't thank these guys enough, they made the entire process beyond simple and have earned my business for every vehicle I plan to purchase in the future. I would highly recommend Midtown Motors to anyone - no questions asked! More
