I have been in the market for a truck over the last few weeks. I reached out to my local dealer, and others in the Rochester area, no I one called back and I remembered while mountain biking in Warren PA weeks. I scheduled an appointment for today at nine, I received a call that morning from Vic to confirm, again personal service that I appreciate. Long story short, after good conversation and learning a little bit about Vic and vice versa we moved into the buying process. He made the process so comfortable and my wife and I felt comfortable so we bought a $80k f350 tremor. Thank you for the best experience with a dealership. Also not noted above was the fact we were greeted by a wonderful young lady every time we walked in and out, she was amazing and I embarrassed I did not catch her name, but she was part of the exceptional service!
