Best experiance since 1993, last time I bought new I had been searching a 6 state area for a Taurus SHO. I cover 6 states as a Medical Lab service manager at Bio-Reference Labs inc. I went to one dealer in Fairview who was a friend of the family. It was a rude experience Pa never took my number and Said Order it if I wanted it, I almost bought one in Chesapeake, Va. Almost. Went to the Erie Ford Dealer and got the heavy sell, then was told he could get what I wanted in a few hrs. I then knew one was local somewhere, Local for me would be about 100 miles, lol. Before i went to Va on a business trip I sent an inquiry to Midtown Motors about 50 miles away. Jenny got right back to me and set me up with Mike Short my Sales person, met with him for a bit, test drove the car, attempted to get him to match the Virginia price till he pointed out the errors in the write up. Spoke with him and haggled a little bit. I was comfortable with the price as i knew what I wanted and how much I would spend out the door. Very much pleased with dealing at the dealership and with Mike To say the least I am very happy. Wife is happy. I told them what asked where I would be payment wise. Within 30 to 40 minutes Mike Short who I dealt with and by the way is truly an amazing person had all the figures. I was relaxed and at ease with the purchase of my car. Everything was explained and he went above and beyond with all information and made sure I understood everything. The financial papers where ready and Kevin Cobb was a delight also. I will never go to another dealership. They have won my business and I have been telling everyone to do the same. This was the best experience I ever had buying a vehicle! More
