He was very easy to talk to and genuinely concerned with getting us what we needed in a car and could afford at the same time. I had been looking with several other car dealerships and places about to give up hope. Mostly because of out of all the dealers I was dealing with I really felt like he cared that I was dealing with tow very sick parents ,trying to work and needing a car .Something told me to keep in touch with Mike and I really felt I could trust him. He had a very caring attitude that made me hang in there. The past year had been rough for me as I just lost both of my parents to cancer, my father kept telling me not to give up that I would find the right car ...long story short Mike was very caring and understanding with everything I was going through...I felt like I was dealing with my own father who cared very much about me ......the first week of April 2016 Mike called me with an idea on a car that also in the end would not work out for me. Mike still wasn't going to give up that same day he found me my ford focus and two days later I was driving it off the lot in tears of joy. I found out after I had been approved for the car the following day after talking to Mike that my father was planning to look at a for focus before he passed away for himself...I am not sure where he was looking but something told me this was meant to be my car after all this.. looking ,grieving and giving up hope ...Mike kept telling me to keep believing and keep faith just like Dad did. :,) Thank you Mike for all that you did for me in helping me find the right car and for being so caring and understanding....I am so very thankful! When I settled on a specific vehicle but it didn't have everything I wanted, Mike and Dan went out and found that particular model with all the extras that I wanted.
