I called and spoke with James, who is a man of many hats there...GSM, Sales manager, Finance manager salesman....everything. From the moment he answered my call to the day the BMW was delivered to me the process was beyond smooth and the communications were second to none. This was a first for my buying a vehicle from a dealer other than myself let alone sight unseen. He sent me countless pictures and videos to really give me a great look at the vehicle and save me a 12 hour round trip to go and see it in person. When the vehicle was delivered it was just as clean as the pictures showed, everything that was told and promised was exactly as stated. James is an absolute asset to the store and his knowledge of vehicles and customer service is truly exceptional. Called to purchase a Boxster S from them. Asked for pre purchase inspection as I was out of state. Was told that wasn't an issue, confirmed with the sales person that the car would not be sold out from und purchase inspection as I was out of state. Was told that wasn't an issue, confirmed with the sales person that the car would not be sold out from under me and that I would be paying for the PPI. Moral is the car was sold out from under me. Would not do business with them as you can't take them on their word. Unfortunate too because I had a really good conversation with James and was very until it was sold despite their promise. More
