my experience started at the all star ford dealer ship i can not recall the name of the man that helped us but after a short time only about 10-20 min he let us know that he might not be able to help us and can not recall the name of the man that helped us but after a short time only about 10-20 min he let us know that he might not be able to help us and but knew some other options. he then lead us down to Washington auto credit. not only did he personalty refer us to brain but waited to show us cars, let me look at all of the options i had( that included going to two additional lots). i cant not express how AMAZING my experience was. i have purchased several cars and it has NEVER been this simple.we where in and out in about 3 to 3 1/2 hours and that is no time at all compared to other experiences. Everyone was super helpful, i did not feel obligated to make any kind of decision on the spot. i was referred to this dealer from a friend and have only had my car 3 days but have told friends and family all around. it is a bit of a drive but beyond worth it !!!! I will be returning in the feature with out a doubt. to sum it up in two words.. Absolutely amazing !!!! More

Absolutely, best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. I was coming off of a bankruptcy and didn't have very much confidence but Ron blew me away with a truck that was much nicer than I thought vehicle. I was coming off of a bankruptcy and didn't have very much confidence but Ron blew me away with a truck that was much nicer than I thought I could qualify for and got me the payment that I could afford. He never tried to push me into more than I could afford. He listened and matched my me with a truck that I asked for. That is something that in my past had been hard to find. Also, Zack was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend these guys and look forward to our next purchase from them. You guys ROCK!!! More

I can't say enough great things about the team at Washington Credit. It was the best car buying experience that we have ever had, hands down. The whole getting a new car went very well, it was more like in and out. Yes, there were paper work and negotiating involved but overall the whole experience went smoother than I would of ever imagine. I d like in and out. This was BY FAR the best experience I've EVER had when purchasing a new vehicle. For starters the customer service is incredible! I REALLY appreciated the honesty, there were no promises of impossibl when purchasing a new vehicle. For starters the customer service is incredible! I REALLY appreciated the honesty, there were no promises of impossible deals like you would get with a typical car salesman (which sadly we dealt with a few times before finding this place). It was truly hassle free. You go in, fill out your paperwork, and then you sit down with the finance man and he asks what you are looking for, then tells you the reality of that. You get an honest price range with the honest truth in what vehicles are within that price range you are looking at. Then instead of wandering around aimlessly through one dealership after another, they line up several vehicles that are within your price range for you to choose from! Then you get to choose what you want/need from what you CAN have! It was so much easier than walking through a dealership and falling in love with something the car salesman says is completely within your price range, but then after hours of your time tells you they can't offer you what you were so eager to have. It was very nice to deal with real and genuine people, they were very friendly, very fun to speak with and get to know, and they weren't robotic sharks trying to upsale bogus offers! Ron was particularly AMAZING! He entertained our 5-year-old daughter for hours! Playing hide and seek, talking about his kids, and even took her for a walk to help him lock up the vehicles. It was all done in a very genuine way and he was incredibly pleasant to deal with. He took us to look at cars, didn't try to badger us into anything. He told us what we asked to know instead of filling us with a bunch of useless upselling garbage. I really appreciated the no-hassle and the GENUINE people we were able to work with! I have recommended this place to so many people already!! We were drawn here due to our not so great credit scores, and I can honestly say that even once we have incredible credit I will still be going through them for our next loan!! More

We had an awesome experience at Washington Auto Credit. Brian, our salesman, was probably the nicest, most down to earth salesman we have ever dealt with and we really enjoyed working with him.
