This was my second time utilizing Washington Auto Credit. My first experience was also hands down an overall great experience. At the time I was going through a really rough time with my credit. I had been laid off from a job two years prior to meeting up with Brian Griffith the first time and although I had a decent job at the time I was in the process of cleaning up mine and my fiances credit but still had the negatives on my report. Going in to the dealership when they were located at their old office I was nervous and told my fiance that I was expecting the worse going in so that I didnt get my hopes up. We met with Brian and sat down for a chat. Brian really brought himself to my level and assured me in every way possible he was going to assist me in finding something. I had just been rear-ended in my car and was looking for anything that could get me to and from work. He worked his magic and found me a truck and I left there with confidence knowing that I was on my way up. Three years later as my fiance and I decided that the time had come for us to trade in her car and my truck Brian popped into our thoughts. We had had such a great experience with him the first time that we wanted to go back to his dealership simply because we enjoyed his service. Even though our credit had drastically improved we remember the kind and compassionate loyal service that Brian had provided and wanted that same treatment now. Within hours Brian was texting us back and forth asking us how we were, remembering everything from our children to our future wedding planning at the time of the first sale. He first checked on us as a family and then began asking us questions about what we were looking for in new vehicles. After bringing him up to speed we met with him, talked numbers, test drove the two cars we looked at and drove them home that night. The experience with Brian was hands down the best experience that we had had in buying a car of any kind during at any point in our life. From the start of our purchase of the truck and in any future buying opportunities we will find Brian at Washington Auto Credit and pull up a chair. He's a great person and we are thankful that he helped us find 2 more wonderful vehicles. More

Jason is a diamond in the rough! The time I spent with him, he helped me get into MY comfort zone. Yes, he may be new to THIS area, but he was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicles. Not saying it's bad, not saying it's good.... just saying, you will experience the sterotypical encounter with these two. Yes, they are seasoned.... I understand providing food on the table.... I APPRECIATED the "here are the facts" from RG... As a consumer, you stand out, really, really bad... or GOOD in your case.... I know what your goal is, and YES, you got it.... break the barrier, relate to people... go on a ride-a-long with Jason, see how he "drops the barrier"... maybe you think you have the key to success.... more power to you, I'm just saying, life is not an act...life is doing, relating, TRULY understanding... it will all be good. Finally, to the other employee who I overheard on the phone... please, please stop using the line, "we are in financing, not selling cars" line.... that was pretty bad. Ron was very friendly and helpful, he was very willing to help me out and worked with me on my budget. I didn't think I would be able to finance a vehicle but Ron was able to work the numbers and got me app help me out and worked with me on my budget.
