My car was at the dealership for 2 months. I was told they couldn’t get the part. When the part finally came in, it was installed. I was then told that I had to pay $188.95 for a new battery because mine they couldn’t get the part. When the part finally came in, it was installed. I was then told that I had to pay $188.95 for a new battery because mine was dead because it sat so long. It sat so long because they couldn’t get a transmission. When I protested that, she told me that they could “push it outside” and I could get it from there. I’m the end, I ended up owing $230 and change for the towing and a deductible on my warranty, which didn’t make much sense to me. I paid it because I had had enough. I am a single mother with 2 jobs. I live with, and take care of my 82 year old mother and her house. Imagine how impossibly hard it was to keep my jobs with no car for nearly 2 months. Oh, I was able to get a rental for 10 days per my extended warranty. Unfortunately it wasn’t until 18 days into the whole ordeal. More
