Not overly happy with the vehicle so far but the service department has done a great job so far. Service department is excellent. Good mechanics and Kevin is great on the desk. The ladies the cashier desk are polite and quick. The service at Washington Ford has never let me down. I bought my vehicle there because of the great service! They always have my best interest! With that being said, I do believe that bad vehicles happen bought my vehicle there because of the great service! They always have my best interest! Even with all the issues my vehicle has given me (2014 Ford Edge SEL, bought used with 40k miles) I can’t say enough good things about the Service Department, Don Paris my adviser, makes things right the first time. Car I verbally purchased and email conformation was sold I thought I purchased a car speaking directly with the sales manager Brennan May. We negotiated a price over the phone and agreed. I asked him to send I thought I purchased a car speaking directly with the sales manager Brennan May. We negotiated a price over the phone and agreed. I asked him to send and email listing any information they needed. He responded with a purchase agreement and asked for an insurance card and a drivers license. I agreed to his price and sent the documents back. I called to ask if any other information was necessary but I did not get a response so I followed up with an email the following day. They sold the car to another individual after selling it to me two days prior. They never contacted me or spoke with me directlly saying they were going to sell the car. Brennan (sales Manager) did not check his messages and they never contacted me. Very unprofessional and I would not buy a vehicle form this dealer as long as Brennan is working there. I had no confrontation, just a very unprofessional business transaction. It is not about the car because there are many more out there, it is about the way they handled their business. I will contact the GM to share my story. More
