We are long-time customers of Washington Ford, having bought many used and new cars and trucks there over the years, and will continue to be. We have had two sales agents in the last 30 plus years that bought many used and new cars and trucks there over the years, and will continue to be. We have had two sales agents in the last 30 plus years that we always dealt with. They have both since retired and now Justin Tomazich is "our guy". We had a great working relationship with him and he will be the one we seek out the next time we are in the market for a car from Washington Ford. In the case of this car, there was a transmission hesitation on the test drive and they worked at solving the issue finally replacing the torque converter before we picked it up. They kept us informed of what was happening with the diagnostics and repair work, every step of the way. While it pushed back my pick-up date, I could not be happier about the way they handled the situation. More

I had a coiver hanging from the bottom of my truck after an oil change performed somewhere else. I brought it in on a Friday at 4pm and Mike and his staff quickly noticed the problem and luckily had the par an oil change performed somewhere else. I brought it in on a Friday at 4pm and Mike and his staff quickly noticed the problem and luckily had the part in stock. They took care of me that late in the day and had me back on the road quickly.
