Worst Car Expierience Ever! Very Dishonest Dealership I bought a $40k Certified Pre-Owned 2016 F150 Platinum, 1 week after i buy it, me and a friend notice some uneven body lines ont eh front end, hood, f I bought a $40k Certified Pre-Owned 2016 F150 Platinum, 1 week after i buy it, me and a friend notice some uneven body lines ont eh front end, hood, fender, and bumper. Upon further investigation, the truck was hit bad in the front right corner, the truck has Taiwan replacement Headlight, you can see damage on the radiator support, the body bolts have all been removed. The dealership will not help whatsoever. Ford won't help, they keep saying its a Dealer problem. I lave messages for all the managers with no call back. The truck was suppose to have gone through a CPO inspection, they refuse to give me the report from it, pre delivery checklist shows the truck had floor mats but it didn't, so how was it certified if that is part of the certification process? This all leads one to believe the truck was never put through the inspection process and just pushed through to make the certified pre-owned sale. Never again will i buy a Ford from this experience. I've never seen such refusal to help a customer from any management. This truck was suppose to be accident free which is part of the certification process. Now i have a Platinum f150 with previous accident damage, and no one to help. Thanks Washington Ford! More

There was a major problem with our truck and it took us two weeks to actually get it in for service. yes, we plan on getting another truck at Washington Ford within this year. The salesperson we talked to was very knowledgeable about the ford product, what we should look for in our next truck...we will certainly go to him for our next vehicle in a couple of months.
