Service rep is always awesome. The mechanic was caught smoking/vaping in my vehicle when he thought no one was looking. I had my regular maintenance done in this dealership. In addition, I mentioned about an unusual noise in my truck. They were able to identify the problem, inserted my truck to their schedule in no time, In addition, I mentioned about an unusual noise in my truck. They were able to identify the problem, inserted my truck to their schedule in no time, but had to wait for parts that took the repair for more than a week. Nevertheless, I'm happy and satisfied with the hassle free - pick up and drop off, pay over the phone, constant update, and transparency of the advisors. I'm glad that the repairs were covered under warranty and they took care of it. More
