Washington Ford Inc. - Service Center

I had the rear differential in our 2018 Ford Explorer replaced because it failed internally. As always, we are very satisfied with the work as well as with Kevin and Washington Ford service department. T replaced because it failed internally. They had the car for a couple of days and in the meantime our new 2023 Explorer ST had a service engine soon warning light come on. Kevin asked if I wanted to bring in the new one when I came to pick up the 2018 . He never hesitated making room on the schedule for the next day so that the technician could take a look at it. So I dropped off the 2023 when I picked up the 2018 and he had the 2023 fixed, back to me and delivered to my house by lunchtime. I have had my Ford vehicles serviced at Washington Ford since I moved to Washington County and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience. Thanks Kevin for all you do, we truly appreciate it!! More
