Ruby (the Edge) had a great trip to our Ford dealer yesterday. Service desk was first class, as usual (Andrea). Even the crew at the initial drive-thru station were especially friendly. I was impressed with how Kevin worked with me. I had an intermittent problem with the drive train. After reprogramming the transmission, the problem still occurred. They let me drive the truck twi I had an intermittent problem with the drive train. After reprogramming the transmission, the problem still occurred. They let me drive the truck twice with the technician and the problem didn’t occur at that time. They said I might have to put more miles on the truck which seemed to work. I thought they did everything and even went above to help solve the problem. Kevin and Joe were GREAT! More
