There was a major problem with our truck and it took us two weeks to actually get it in for service. yes, we plan on getting another truck at Washington Ford within this year. The salesperson we talked to was very knowledgeable about the ford product, what we should look for in our next truck...we will certainly go to him for our next vehicle in a couple of months. No recommendation here I scheduled to have my vehicle recall taken care of. I scheduled the appointment with JT and advised I’d drop off on Thursday night and be picking up I scheduled to have my vehicle recall taken care of. I scheduled the appointment with JT and advised I’d drop off on Thursday night and be picking up on sunday. I knew full well the dealer was not open on Sunday and clarified that the vehicle would be ready on Sunday for pickup. I left the keys in an envelope when dropping off and put a note that I’d pick up on Sunday. I spoke with JT on Friday and confirmed that I’d be picking up on Sunday and he said he’d have the vehicle where I could get it since no one would be there on the weekend. When I arrived on Sunday afternoon to pick up, the vehicle was parked in the secure area that could not be gotten. Needless to say, I couldn’t get my vehicle home and this forced my wife to be late for work on Monday because she had to drop me off first. Also, there is some type of black residue on the door and door handle that was not there when I dropped off. Since the repair was related to the door latches, I’m assuming this is left over from the technicians not cleaning up. More
