I was in the loaner for 6 weeks at no cost to me. I'd like to thank Bryan, Jim, & Paula for whatever involvement they had in this! Now, have a 2018 with a brand new engine. More
The absolute lack of care for their customers is atrocious and the fact that they would not even show us the part they quoted was the reason for a failed inspection is shady business. There is absol atrocious and the fact that they would not even show us the part they quoted was the reason for a failed inspection is shady business. There is absolutely no reason to not show the customer unless you were just hoping to get extra business out of someone. Brian "manager" showed zero empathy for the situation just simply tried to show a "god complex " and what he says goes. Very sad cause I consistently have told people I love and care about to get their cars through them I won't be making that mistake again. More

I installed winter tires on it today 10/25/2015 and it now has 5997 miles on it. I had a very hard time in loosening the lug nuts. I tried standing on a 16 inch long xxxxxxx and the nuts would not loosen. I weight over 200 lbs. and that means that those nuts were torqued to over 200 ft.-lbs. The owner’s manual (page 6-18) would have those nuts torqued to 65-79 fl-xx. I finally had to use a floor jack to apply enough torque to loosen the nuts. I have photos and videos. I do not believe that the car is safe to drive considering that the nuts were so badly over torqued. They did the same thing last year but not as bad. I specifically asked them to use a torque wrench and caution when I dropped the car off for the inspection. They obviously did not do that. I complained to the dealership and the Manager, Gary Flannery, denies that they have a problem and will not return my call or emails. More
