When getting services done estimate was improperly given and additional charges were not cleared. Woman brings in a vehicle and the scheduled service all of a sudden includes items not required in the sched and additional charges were not cleared. Woman brings in a vehicle and the scheduled service all of a sudden includes items not required in the scheduled maintenance according to owners manual. I believe service rider took advantage of a woman bringing in a vehicle. BEWARE More

This was not a good experience with Watson. Our car was there for over two weeks waiting for a starter. The starter was supposed to get ordered and shipped in a timely fashion. It sounds like t Our car was there for over two weeks waiting for a starter. The starter was supposed to get ordered and shipped in a timely fashion. It sounds like the ordering process was missed. We never got any updated phone calls. We had to reach out multiple times to see when our car was gonna be ready. And then when we finally picked up our car yesterday it was it was extremely dirty on the outside after sitting at the dealership for two weeks. This was not a great experience and this is the second time the dealership has failed to communicate to us in the last six months about an issue. More
