At arrival I waiting about 15 min in my car waiting for someone to check me in. After check in, I was told that it would be about 2 hours. I sat in the waiting room for 4 hours. I did get a discount for th someone to check me in. After check in, I was told that it would be about 2 hours. I sat in the waiting room for 4 hours. I did get a discount for the wait but still that was ridiculous to wait that long. I was the at the dealership from 11:00am-3:00pm.
