During my service event I explained I had an additional concern that my trailer light plug running lights were on constant. I shared we thought it was the TCM and maybe it needed to be programmed but wasn' concern that my trailer light plug running lights were on constant. Mr. Mason, Was very helpful in explaining the importance of proper maintenance of our vehicle and other equipment that was part of the vehicle that we had no idea about.
