My car has been in the shop five times this year with a brand new car. My complaint is that each time I'm told it will be a minimum of 4 hours. I use my car for work so I am losing money and inconveniencin brand new car. My complaint is that each time I'm told it will be a minimum of 4 hours. I use my car for work so I am losing money and inconveniencing people. Please improve your service scheduling so people can make an appointment and wait for 1:00 to 1 and 1/2 hours and be done. Also I've had two advisors and neither one of them answer phone messages. Peter did his best to expedite my last service so I appreciate that very much! More
They could NOT find the problem tried to tell them air suspension/ hydro warning light came on and would go off and the problem still continues! They say they can not find anything but did they really loo suspension/ hydro warning light came on and would go off and the problem still continues! Staff was courteous and professional but the wait time for just an oil change was unacceptable. I even arrived approximately 20 minutes early but still took 2 hours. My vehicle remained in the lane waitin for just an oil change was unacceptable. I even arrived approximately 20 minutes early but still took 2 hours. My vehicle remained in the lane waiting to be serviced for about 1-1/2 hours before it went to a bay for service. I even canceled the tire rotation and wash in hopes to get the vehicle sooner but to no avail. I’ve been bringing my vehicle here for service since 2016, but I may rethink this in the future. Another thing is there is no loyalty reciprocity from this service department. They don’t offer discount coupons for service too often. When thy do offer them they expire quickly. More

We have had multiple issues with our vehicle coming back from service with scratches or not being fixed properly. However, after enough complaining and phone calls the service manager did make it right. But from service with scratches or not being fixed properly.
