Brought vehicle in for scheduled service, and stated there was a problem with the horn. Technician said "It sounds like an injured goose". They didn't fix it. When I complained, they said "Oh, we didn't there was a problem with the horn. Technician said "It sounds like an injured goose". They didn't fix it. When I complained, they said "Oh, we didn't have the part". Had me come back, and they said they replaced the horn. When I tried it, it still made the same noise "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" They said the manager would reach out to me. That was three weeks ago, and still nothing. Meanwhile, their sales department keeps sending me automated texts asking me to sell my car. Is that your game? We won't fix your car because we want you to sell it to us? More

Never got called to tell me my cars service was done. When I tried calling to find out out I was stuck on a queue, "you're next"... then someone would say "please hold".
