I've had many issues at this dealership. This most recent visit was for an alignment as my tires had some inner tire wear. I left Watson with a worse alignment than I came in with. Steering wheel is now crooked when going straight down the road and the car pulls a little bit to the right. I turned around and went back to Watson and was told that the alignment is as close as they could get it without replacing suspension components and a few other parts. I didn't think that sounded quite right as the car hasn't pulled to the right or even had a crooked steering wheel before this alignment so I took the car to another service shop on the same day for another alignment. This second shop said the alignment is way off. I'll be heading back to Watson Chevrolet for a refund and copy's of the alignment details from Watson's alignment vs an alignment from another shop showing proof from the alignment machine showing how many degrees it was off by. The service advisor who checked me is was kind and informed me how long it would take to complete the job and also how much it would cost. I've had good experiences with the service advisors every time I've been to Watson. I have had many issues with the quality of work from the technicians at Watson servicing both my Camaro and corvettes and that is the reason for the low rating. More
Brought vehicle in for scheduled service, and stated there was a problem with the horn. Technician said "It sounds like an injured goose". They didn't fix it. When I complained, they said "Oh, we didn't there was a problem with the horn. Technician said "It sounds like an injured goose". They didn't fix it. When I complained, they said "Oh, we didn't have the part". Had me come back, and they said they replaced the horn. When I tried it, it still made the same noise "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" They said the manager would reach out to me. That was three weeks ago, and still nothing. Meanwhile, their sales department keeps sending me automated texts asking me to sell my car. Is that your game? We won't fix your car because we want you to sell it to us? More

Never got called to tell me my cars service was done. When I tried calling to find out out I was stuck on a queue, "you're next"... then someone would say "please hold".
