DO NOT USE THEIR COLLISION CENTER. THEY LEFT ALL OF MY IMPACT BAR BOLTS LOOSE, PAINTED MY BUMPER A DIFFERENT COLOR. PAINT CHIPPING OFF ON MY FINGER. DIDN’T REPLACE THE BROKEN CLIPS AN THEY LEFT ALL OF MY IMPACT BAR BOLTS LOOSE, PAINTED MY BUMPER A DIFFERENT COLOR. PAINT CHIPPING OFF ON MY FINGER. DIDN’T REPLACE THE BROKEN CLIPS AND SCREWS. I HAVE TO BRING MY CAR TO A DIFFERENT BODYSHOP TO FIX THEIR xx JOB. PAID 4K FOR THEIR WORK AND PJ (GM) REFUSES TO PAY FOR MY RENTAL WHILE ITS GETTING PROPERLY FIXED. IVE WASTED ALL OF MY RENTAL FROM INSURANCE. IF YOU WANT A SLOPPY JOB AND DIFFERENT PAINTJOB. THIS PLACE IS A MUST! MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR PJ AS HE DONT GIVE A xxxx ABOUT THEIR WORKMANSHIP. More
I can’t say enough about how Mason in the service department took care of our truck. We had an emergency breakdown, which required a replacement of a very large, expensive part. The diesel mechanics department took care of our truck. We had an emergency breakdown, which required a replacement of a very large, expensive part. The diesel mechanics and Mason made sure we were back on the road as fast as possible. What could’ve taken 2 weeks, took them 4 days. We are most grateful. He communicated with us the entire time, letting us know the progress. More
This review is about my very positive experience with two gentlemen, Watson Chevrolet and General Motors. I purchase my beautiful Chevy Malibu Turbo from them in 2014. and have always followed up with se two gentlemen, Watson Chevrolet and General Motors. I purchase my beautiful Chevy Malibu Turbo from them in 2014. and have always followed up with service and repairs from Watson’s Service Dept. Recently I started having an engine problem. My Fixx tester showed a bad cylinder issue. I called and made an appt. with my service rep. Jerry Rivera. The technicians found a bad cylinder that could not be repaired and would require a new engine. I only had 118K miles on the car. I was devastated, as the cost of a new engine was over 9K. I am 76, recently retired and now on a limited fixed income, with slowly dwindling savings, due to the high cost of living and medical issues. I called the Service Director, Gabriel Sterns and discussed with him my plight. I just could not afford the high cost of the repair nor was I able to buy a used car. Gabriel and Jerry worked with GM to help me cut the cost of the new engine to half and they also provided me with a rental so I was still able to get to my Dr’s appt. etc. I can not say enough about these two wonderful gentlemen and how they helped me solve my problem. I love my car, it's a gorgeous Pearl color and it has to last for as long as I am able to drive. I am forever grateful to Gabriel, Jerry and Watson Chevrolet! More

Purchase went as usual. I have been a leasing customer for over 30 years in 3 different states. Dodge,Honda,Toyota,Hayndai,and now Chevrolet. Now a simple oil change at this dealership is absolutely rid for over 30 years in 3 different states. Dodge,Honda,Toyota,Hayndai,and now Chevrolet. Now a simple oil change at this dealership is absolutely ridiculous. With an appointment is 3 hours wait??? Last week I wasn't on the schedule, even though I had the email confirmation with me. It was going to be 3 hours then, so I made another appointment for today. I was on the schedule and told 3 hours again. Really??? Guess I could have lost only 1 day of time with you, instead I lost 2. Maybe you should have just let me know it's always going to be a 3 hour wait! More
Watson Infinit Chevrolet is the best. I have had 9 Infinitis. I clipped a boulder by my mail box and left a crease in front panel.
