We experienced complete frustration with your entire team in the service department. Our 2024 Equinox was brought into the shop for an issue that is not triggering a warning light and is warranty work which in the service department. We left several messages for Keith (Friday 7/18 & 7/19) with no return call. Monday 7/21 we contacted Junior and he escalated our concerns to Ziv who chose not to call us even though we checked in several times with Junior who assured us that Ziv was going to take care of the call. We let Junior know we would come down there at 5 after work to discuss and all management had left for the day and we were forced to leave without resolve, only apologies from Junior. Our Equinox is continuing to rev after acceleration has ended and although it hasn’t had an impact to shifting gears it is highly concerning after reading the problems GM has been through on their newer model vehicles. We wanted to have some testing done on the car and we were told the car was driven by a tech which was a lie as the mileage in / out was the exact same. My guess is they took it to the bay, scanned it nothing popped up and rev’d it a few times and didn’t experience the issue and called it a day. This is because of the powertrain warranty your team knew there wasn’t going to be billable hours and didn’t take our concerns seriously. The recap on the service form was we couldn’t find the noise but didn’t bother to run or confirm what testing was done. A quick AI search stated several possibilities: Sensor problems in the ignition or fuel systems, idol control value, faulty spark plugs etc. There could have also been an early transmission issue which could have been inspected and checked for metal shavings. No, nothing indicated or stated any testing was done. Unacceptable on all levels. The simple fact that none of the management team took the time to have a 5 minute conversation or properly care for the issue with the vehicle has resulted in a 1 star review with specific names being shared to alert the public to your business practices and lack of professionalism. I hope in the future when the issue becomes bigger than it is now and that you do what is right and actually fix the problem. More

Jesse at check in wasn’t rude but also wasn’t friendly I’d say very apathetic. When the service was complete nobody informed me and when I saw my car sitting there I was informed Jesse was at lunch which I’d say very apathetic. I used the website to track my vehicle service progress but that wasn’t being updated either. When I did check out the clerk informed me that there are recommendations on services to have completed next time. I asked him to help me understand what those recommendations were and he seemed unsure of how to explain. So all in all, I’m not complaining just seems like the staff could use a little training & perhaps some incentivizing. More
